All Marco's Dive Optics products are handcrafted and made to order. As each item is individually produced, please allow 14–21 days for production before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders within the European Union (EU).

International shipping outside the EU: €39 shipping fee.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Times
Total delivery time consists of the production time and the transit time. Production time is 14–21 days, while transit time depends on the destination.
Once dispatched, estimated transit times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Carrier Information
All orders are shipped via DHL Express. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
International Shipping and Customs
Please note: All orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not controlled or calculated by Marco's Dive Optics and vary from one country to another. We strongly recommend that customers familiarize themselves with local customs regulations and potential charges before placing an order.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected by the local customs authority or the carrier upon arrival of the shipment.

Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes
In accordance with legal norms MEA MEA d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) no. Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC. MEA MEA d.o.o. publishes an electronic link to the online consumer dispute resolution (SRPS) platform.
